Conflicts Advisor

Our client – an International US Law Firm – is seeking a passionate and experienced Conflicts Advisor to join their Risk & Compliance department in London. This is an exciting opportunity to not only get involved with researching and identifying conflicts on a global scale but to also play a central role in resolving conflicts of an international nature.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Conducting a thorough analysis of conflicts results in order to create high-quality reports for fee-earners to review
• Performing extensive research into complex litigation cases to identify any areas of risk for the firm
• Working alongside fee-earners and senior members of the Risk & Compliance team to support the resolution of conflicts issues
• Liaising with case handlers and their teams in order to obtain further details from the client and ensure that your analysis is thorough and accurate

Additionally, you will need the following competencies and experiences:

• 2+ years of experience performing conflicts checks in a legal risk & compliance role at a law firm
• Strong attention to detail with experience performing legal research
• Extensive experience using Intapp Open
• The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with teammates and stakeholders, in both a written and verbal format
