Conflicts Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity in London for an ambitious Conflicts Analyst to join a dynamic Leading UK Accountancy Firm. 

This role plays a key part in maintaining the ethical standards of our client, ensuring that all interactions are managed within the regulatory framework. In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of managing conflicts of interest and safeguarding the firm’s integrity all whilst ensuring compliant client relationships.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in conflicts, ideally within an accountancy or law firm, and exposure to international clients and conflict resolution. 

Some responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal support professionals to establish and implement conflict-checking procedures.
• Ensure efficient conflict-checking processes are used internally and externally
• Perform regular checks for both incoming and outgoing requests
• Work collaboratively to resolve potential conflicts
• Keep detailed records of all conflict of interest resolutions-related matters
• Produce regular reports relative to conflict-checking for Senior personnel
• Provide training on identifying and managing potential conflicts.
• Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless client integration

A successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Any knowledge or prior experience with AML onboarding would be a bonus but not essential.
