We have a new opportunity for an ambitious Risk and Compliance Lawyer to join a Leading UK Law Firm. They are looking for a knowledgeable qualified individual to join their well-established team in Bristol. 

The preferred candidate has a background within a specialist risk and compliance subject - such as contracts. Those experienced with managing client and supplier contract review processes would excel in this position.

Some responsibilities:

• Maintain internal policies and procedures
• Support fee earning teams within their compliance and regulatory responsibilities. 
• Oversee conflict escalations and queries 
• Provide firm-wide training for new joiners alongside refreshers as needed for existing staff
• Aid in internal investigations and SRA engagement
• Assist in annual audit-related requirements and tasks
• Provide support to Senior Compliance professionals where necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and accreditation processes

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic approach to prioritising complex tasks. Excellent communication and organisational skills are key, with a commitment to personal and departmental growth is desirable.
