Emma Edwards

Emma has been with AJ Fox since April 2023 after graduating in English and Film at the University of Sussex. Emma spent a year abroad studying in Massachusetts and after reading a blog on 'The Top 10 Reasons to get into Recruitment' she took the plunge.

Having a positive impact on others is the best thing about the job for Emma. She enjoys making calls to celebrate candidate successes and offering support when needed.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys reading (she hopes to write a book one day!), crafting, gaming, watching films and going on long walks.

Emma is responsible for everything and anything outside of London within UK law firm risk and compliance. From junior Compliance Assistant roles, to Senior Lawyer and General Counsel, there are many different firms of all shapes and sizes in the regions.

Whether it's a team in Manchester that's part of a large law firm which also has London offices, or a local firm in penzance with a one-person compliance department, Emma will find you the right fit.
