Compliance Analyst

A leading, full-service UK Law Firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join them in Birmingham. Within this role, you will assist in the client onboarding process, undertaking AML/KYC and conflicts checks, among other duties.

This position is perfect for someone who has worked in a similar role and is now looking for their next opportunity.  Prior experience within a legal environment is vital, ideally within a risk and compliance/AML-based role working within a law firm.

Some responsibilities:

• Assess risk assessments
• Perform and analyse conflicts checks
• Review Sanctions and PEPs
• Conduct KYC checks on high-risk clients
• Review SoW and SoF documents - reporting findings to management

The ideal candidate possesses a meticulous eye for detail, demonstrating confident written and oral communication skills. They excel both as a team player and independently, thriving even under pressure.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and/or regulatory requirements would be useful but non-essential to this role. Equally, prior experience working with Intapp would be considered favourably.
