Compliance Administrator
Our client is an off-shore law firm seeking to hire a Compliance Adminstrator to join their team in Southampton. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the central onboarding process, along with meeting CDD requirements regarding new client intake. You will also be supporting partners and fee earners to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
In order to apply for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Some responsibilities:
- Processing matters, establishing who the client is, and any beneficial owners/controllers
- Establishing what CDD is required to meet regulatory requirements
- Monitoring the onboarding process for each matter
- Carrying out open-source searches and taking appropriate action in line with processes and procedures
- Carrying out client risk assessments for each matter
- Updating the database to allow for ongoing sanctions screening
