Risk Manager

We are working with a Global law firm in London to find a new Enterprise Risk Manager. Within this role, you will help support the internal risk frameworks within the firm, improving processes and managing strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a keen commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the compliance landscape. Significant comparable experience within a law firm is essential, meanwhile, those with experience with risk management frameworks and processes are encouraged to apply. Moreover, a strong knowledge of risk assessment tools and approaches would be an advantage.

Some responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a new enterprise risk management framework
• Monitor potential risks across the firm
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to integrate risk management practices 
• Spearhead risk mitigation strategies
• Identify improvement opportunities for internal processes
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments 
• Review and audit the new Framework once established
• Liaise with external professionals on matters relative to enterprise risk management
• Identify and report risks affecting the firm to senior management
