- Overseeing KYC/CDD processes, handling complex CDD/AML queries, and providing informed decisions on high-risk matters
- Acting as a key escalation point for analyst-level compliance professionals and providing guidance on complex technical queries
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative/regulatory changes and ensuring policies/procedures are promptly updated
- Carrying out induction training when required
