Regulatory & Compliance Specialist

Are you an experienced Risk & Compliance professional with a passion for maintaining ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and business continuity? Do you thrive in fast-paced legal environments and enjoy leading teams and driving compliance strategies?

We’re looking for a proactive leader to play a key role in shaping risk frameworks and ensuring compliance excellence in a growing, dynamic law firm.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Owning compliance for ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 and managing external audits and accreditations
• Providing expert guidance on Information Security, Data Protection, and GDPR compliance
• Acting as a key escalation point for complex compliance queries and delivering firm-wide training
• Developing and refining compliance policies and procedures to enhance risk management
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance awareness
