Junior AML Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented leader to join our Risk & Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping AML strategy and guiding a talented team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Leading and mentoring a team of AML Analysts, overseeing KYC/CDD processes, and managing workloads
• Acting as a go-to expert on complex AML, sanctions, and high-risk compliance matters
• Streamlining compliance processes and ensuring up-to-date adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm and playing a key role in driving compliance best practices
• Assisting the AML Manager with reporting, audits, and regulatory updates
