We are recruiting for an ambitious Compliance Officer to join a thriving team within a Specialist Law Firm. In this role, you’ll take charge of key compliance processes and be at the forefront of ensuring our client's operations remain in line with regulatory standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to play an integral part in a growing department, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We’re looking for a candidate with a proven track record in legal compliance within a law firm. You’ll need a strong grasp of up-to-date regulatory requirements to excel in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compliance advice and guidance across key processes, including AML and information barriers.
  • Overseeing compliance requirements and resolving issues swiftly, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices to enhance Compliance support.
  • Contributing to work planning, ensuring Compliance and risk management projects are delivered on time.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date suite of Compliance policies across different jurisdictions.
  • Assisting with compliance reviews to ensure best practices across the firm.
  • Proposing solutions to senior leaders in response to emerging Compliance and risk challenges.
  • Supporting strategic projects where relevant, offering insights to drive success.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, with the ability to think on their feet and deliver pragmatic, sensible solutions in a timely manner. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will be crucial, as well as your ability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll need a “can-do” attitude, be well-organised, and capable of prioritising effectively in a demanding role. If you’re a compliance expert who enjoys working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

If interested, please submit your application for our consideration. Thank you.
