Diversity, equity and inclusion is an increasingly hot topic and we've been thinking long and hard about what our role will be in advocating for our candidates and clients alike.

Above all, we want to be a force for change in the recruitment industry, and we are always seeking to improve how we do things to make things better for everyone. We'll be publishing our findings later in the year.
