About the Role
We are recruiting for an AML Manager to join a dynamic team in an International law firm. If you're passionate about risk management, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!
In this role, you’ll work closely with the MLRO and senior compliance professionals to ensure firmwide compliance with AML regulations. You’ll play a key role in shaping AML policies, overseeing the team, and driving process improvements that keep the business protected and ahead of the curve.
We’re looking for someone with several years of experience in risk and compliance. If you’ve led teams before and have a solid understanding of AML requirements, we want to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior professionals in ensuring compliance with AML legislation and guidance
- Managing and mentoring the team, ensuring workload is handled effectively and efficiently
- Developing and refining AML policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Keeping up to date with AML developments and communicating changes across the firm
- Leading training sessions to educate teams on AML requirements and best practices
- Collaborating with compliance teams to maintain a seamless operation
- Monitoring the firm’s Source of Funds and Wealth procedures to ensure financial integrity

You’ll need excellent communication skills, the confidence to make decisions, and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory landscape.
